The aim of the Power and Control group is to represent service users on the Partnership Board. The board makes sure that services meet the needs of people of learning difficulties.

We speak up at meetings to say what service users want from services in Islington.

We help to plan services and help to check
if these services are good for service users.

Why this project?
The government wrote a report called "Valuing People". It is about services for people with learning difficulties and how they can be made better.
