We believe that people with learning difficulties have the right to be part of their community.

The Homelink project provides support to people with learning difficulties, who live in different situations:

Cartoon: door keys
  • in their own flat

  • with parents or family

  • in a hostel or supported house

How does it work?
A support worker will come to your home to work with you at times you have chosen. They will support you to learn to do more things for yourself. Maybe you want support with:

Cartoon: creating a shopping list

  • Shopping

  • Budgeting

  • Finding a job or college course
We have get togethers, twice a year where all service users and staff can meet up over food, drink, music and dancing. It's a great chance to meet new people!

Want to know more?
If you would like to know more about the Homelink speak to Maria Koumi, who is the acting project manager.
