The Democratic Participation Research Project ran for three years and was part of the Community Development Project.
 
 
 

Democratic Participation Research Project found that people with learning difficulties have strong views that they want politicians and decision-makers to hear.

With greater support and encouragement people with learning difficulties care and do go out and vote in greater numbers.
