2nd June 2011 - Danny's Story
Danny Cassidy shows off the certificate he received
after being nominated in the outstanding individual
learner category at adult learner week by Leon Shoben
of the Elfrida Society.
Danny picked up the award at the ceremony in the Museum
of London, in London Wall, Clerkenwell, on May 17th
in recognition of the volunteer work he has been doing.
Danny said, 'It was pretty fantastic, I enjoyed it
and it was just brilliant up there. It was really, really
good. I am very proud of my acheivement and what this
means for the future, I am just over the moon with it.
I am very grateful to Leon for putting me forward. -
he is a star'.
